What is the difference between lionhead goldfish vs ranchu?

Guys, how do you tell the difference between lion head and ranch? Why do so many of my friends say it is difficult to differentiate between the two types of fish? Please tell me the difference so I can explain it to my friends.

The main difference between lionhead and ranchu goldfish is in their body shape. The lionhead carp has a flatter back and more considerable head growth. The ranchu fish has a more prominent curve along its back and a more negligible, evenly distributed head growth across its face.
